Delete your GUUD account

This page lets GUUD app users request permanent deletion without reinstalling or signing in to the app.

Submit your request

  1. Use the email address registered to your GUUD account.
  2. Select the button below and include your account email and full name in the message.
  3. GUUD may contact you at that address to verify account ownership before processing the deletion.

What will be deleted

Your GUUD login, profile, contact and shipping information, health and scale data, and app preferences associated with the account will be deleted after ownership is verified and the request is processed.

Subscriptions and required retention

If your account has an active subscription, GUUD support will review it as part of the request. Limited order, payment, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory records may be retained only where legally required. Retained records are not used to keep your GUUD app account active.

You can also request in the app

In GUUD, open My Account → My profile → Delete account and data. The email option above remains available even if you no longer have the app installed.
